Fun vintage 1970s fish kite appliqué orange and yellow wrap skirt. There is a large yellow quilted fish appliqué on the front which resembles a Japanese koinobori windsock with a white line that goes along to the back to reveal a plaid person that is flying the kite. Bright orange with yellow and orange waistband. The skirt has two ties on each side of the waist which wrap around to tie close on the front. Unlined.

Waist: 26" - 30" (waist is adjustable)
Hips: 36" - 38"

CONDITION:
Excellent vintage condition. There is a faint dark spot and a light spot on the front of the skirt, on the fish appliqué, and a dot on the waistband. Inside the waistband there are a few dots on the inside of waist and some marks along the hem (probably from the manufacturer). 

This garment has been cleaned and is ready to wear.
