Gorgeous vintage 1970s seafoam blue caped maxi dress. This dress has a triangle keyhole cut-out on the front with matching fabric covered decorative buttons down the front. The dress is sleeveless and has an attached cape that can be worn back or covering the arms. Long flowing floor length skirt. Zipper up the back and two buttons at the back of the neck. The fabric is lightweight, shimmery, and has some stretch. The dress is unlined and a bit semi-sheer.
