Your order will ship 1 to 3 business days from your purchase date, excluding holidays when the post office is closed, from Buffalo, NY. Every package comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to you when the shipping label is printed.

Domestic Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, which includes free delivery confirmation. Please contact me if you have a special request for a different shipment carrier.

International Shipping

International Orders: Please contact me for a shipping quote. Sometimes I can find cheaper methods of shipment than what is shown at checkout.

Items are shipped via USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International. Most glassware is shipped USPS Priority International. Some smaller glass items may be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International. Shipping internationally takes up to 1-3 weeks for delivery, however, sometimes parcels can get held up in customs which may take longer and is unfortunately out of our control. Buyers are also responsible for paying their own duty fees and taxes, as these are not included in the item price or shipping cost. I'm unable to mark packages as a "gift", since it's against federal law in the US to falsify customs information. The penalties for breaking this law can be up to a $10,000 fine &/or a prison term, not including penalties that other countries have set.

All international packages are shipped with insurance included.
