This late vintage 1960s/early 1970s garment features a cotton velvet bodice with a gold ribbon trimmed, wide V-neckline extending down the front and along the empire waistline, plus matching ribbon trim on the short sleeves. The purple maxi skirt has a vibrant flower power paisley print in pink, orange, yellow, and white and is made in a fabric resembling barkcloth. A zipper is located at the back, and the skirt is lined with pink acetate fabric.

CONDITION:
Very good vintage condition. This dress may have been possibly handmade, since there's some hand stitching on the inside of the skirt along the waistline. There is some fading to the print on the right side near the hem. When the dress was found, the hem looked like it had been altered, since it was puffed out in some spots (not a crisp hem). The hem has been reworked, but it still has a little bit of puffiness in some spots. Please see photos for these flaws. Regardless of these issues, the dress still presents beautifully and has been priced accordingly.

This garment has been cleaned and is ready to wear.
