This cute vintage 1970s blue floral dress is from The Red Eye, and features a bright blue color with a vibrant flower print in red, orange, yellow, white, and green on black vines. The dress has two white tassel ties which can be knotted to create a keyhole opening. The long sleeves have elastic cuffs, while a smocked waist allows for several inches of stretch. The dress is unlined and the fabric has some give.
