Fun late 1960s early 1970s mod mini dress by Mel Warshaw. This dress is blue and has two red and white triangle pattens under the collar and rounds out to the back. Fitted waist with belt loops on each side. One large red pleat on the front of the skirt, detailed with red and white trim that continues around the skirt’s hem. Unlined. The fabric has a little bit of stretch.
