Super pretty late 1960s early 1970s vintage mod dress. The dress is light blue and has a textured appearance. Cream floral lace trim around the collar. Short sleeves. Decorative white buttons down the front. Belt loops one each side of the waist matching blue and cream floral lace trim belt. The belt has three metal snaps (one towards the end and two on the end). A-line style skirt with matching lace trim towards the hem. Zipper up the back with hook closure. The material has some stretch. Unlined.
