Fantastic vintage late 1970s early 1980s navy ruffled dress by Adolph Schuman for Lilli Ann. Navy blue with white trim on the ruffled neckline, down the long keyhole opening on the front, and on the ruffled cuffs. One button on each sleeve cuff. Cinched elastic waist that stretches with belt loops on each side. Below the knee skirt. The dress comes with an ultrasuede cream colored tied belt. The dress just slips on overhead and has only one hook and eye closure at the center of the neckline. The material is semi-sheer and has some stretch.
