This vintage 1970s floral maxi skirt is made from shiny dark brown quilted acetate satin and has a large orange, rust red, brown and green floral paisley print. One seam pocket on the left side. The waist has an elastic band on the front, but not the back. There's a zipper on the back center of the skirt. The back of the skirt has a large slit, but there are two spots on the slit that are sewn together. The first sewn spot is 2.5" from the bottom of the zipper, and the second is a little over 11" from the hem. Stripes toward and on the hem of the skirt. A-line silhouette. The backing of the skirt is lined with yellow woven acetate and filled with polyester. The skirt could be worn with the zipper in the back or front, too.

CONDITION:
Very good vintage condition. There are a few breaks/holes along the waistband and hip area on the inside lining. There are a few smaller breaks towards the hem on the inside. Also, the green speckled stipe on the hem is lighter on the sides. I'm unsure if this is part of the fabric or fading. Please see photos. Regardless of these flaws, the piece presents beautifully and has been priced accordingly.

This garment has been cleaned and is ready to wear.
