Fantastic vintage 1970s dress. This dress features a navy blue bodice that has a collared neckline, short sleeves, and decorative buttons down the front. Cinched waist with belt loops on each side. The pleated skirt has a navy blue, white, and red chevron stripes. Zipper up the back with hook closure. Unlined. The fabric has a little bit of stretch.
