Fun vintage late 70s early 80s wrap skirt. This skirt is dark blue and features a red, green, blue, and yellow sailboat appliqué sailing on blue embroidered waters. Red trim along the waist, down the side openings, and around the hem. Two matching red ties on each side of the waist that wrap around to tie close on the front. There is one slit on one side of the waist to loop one of the ties through. A-line silhouette. Unlined.
