Fabulous vintage 1970s dress by Victor Costa 'Romantica' line. This dress has a semi-sheer black overlay that has a pink and orange floral print and silver metallic plaid over a burgundy/black lining. Square neckline with ruffled bell sleeves. Empire waist with a black velvet sash. Midi length skirt with a ruffle hem. Zipper up the back with metal hook.

CONDITION:
Very good vintage condition. The lining has changed from black to burgundy in several places due to age. There's also one small hole on the front of the lining, but these flaws cannot be seen while wearing. Please see photos. Regardless of these issues, the garment presents beautifully, and has been priced accordingly.

This garment has been steamed cleaned.
