Cute vintage 1970s white eyelet ruffled blouse. This blouse features a drawstring collar with a bow and a large ruffled collar. Embroidered eyelet throughout. Sleeveless armholes. The blouse could be worn on or off the shoulders. There are 3.75" slits on each side of the hips. Unlined and the material is semi-sheer.
