Cute vintage 1970s yellow ruffled bloomers. Light yellow cotton poly blend with rows of stretchy elastic. Matching yellow floral lace on the legs. Cinched elastic waist that stretches. The tag is on the outside (and is faded) and it doesn't appear that these shorts have ever been worn. Perfect for wearing under skirts, dresses, or however you'd like!

CONDITION:
Excellent vintage condition. There are some stray strings along the bottom of the elastic waist. Please see photos. Regardless of these issues, the garment presents beautifully, and has been priced accordingly.
