Fantastic vintage 1980s Victor Costa for Neiman-Marcus mini dress. This dress features black velvet and has large satin feeling cream colored floral sleeves. Both of the sleeves have elastic cuffs. Square open back with a side back zipper with hook on the left side. Lined with a black satin acetate feeling fabric.
