Lovely vintage 1990s midi skirt. This skirt has a semi-sheer black layer with colorful floral print in pinks, purples, greens, blues, and yellow. Lined with a black nylon slip that is a few inches shorter than the floral layer. Cinched elastic waist that stretches.
