Cute vintage 1970s black and cream striped dress. This dress has a long sleeve black bodice with two keyhole cutouts under the collar. Fitted waist with two ties that tie on the front. A-line skirt with black and cream stripes. One large pleat on the front of the skirt. Zipper with hook closure up the back. Unlined. The material has some stretch.
